My teaching focuses on the governance of firms and economic institutions, business ethics, and the political economy of capitalism, often approaching these questions through historical and institutional perspectives. My lectures and seminars examine debates about authority, legitimacy, and democracy within organisations, drawing on both political theory and the history of political economy. I have convened and contributed to undergraduate and postgraduate modules on modern Britain, capitalism, and political thought, and have supervised undergraduate and MA dissertations in modern history and political economy.
